Pet parents deserve to know their animal will receive a basic standard of care at every animal urgent care and emergency clinic.

Vet clinics that advertise emergency and urgent care services should be staffed and resourced to deliver on their marketing claims – or be required to rewrite their messaging to reflect reality. Right now it’s too easy for veterinary ERs to collect premium fees while overpromising and under-delivering on care.
